We are recruiting for the post of Senior School Office Manager. This key role focuses on supporting the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) through the provision of a confidential, professional, efficient and responsive administrative service. The Office Manager will supervise and support the Senior School administrative team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and driving improvements in workflow efficiency to achieve excellence in administrative operations.
Reporting to the Head of School, the role involves working closely with the SLT and other members of School management, and requires an individual with excellent communication, organisational , and leadership skills.
This is a local hire, full-year position, meaning work will be carried out during both term time and school holidays. A generous leave allowance is provided.

Location: Senior School Campus
Hours: 7:30 - 15:00 Sunday - Thursday. Some flexibility may be required, for example before or after school hours, or during busy periods.
Contract Type: Local hire, non term-time only position. No additional benefits. Vacation will be to suit workload with a generous leave allowance.
THE RIGHT CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Proven experience in office administration, operations, or executive support—ideally within an educational setting.
- Excellent organisational, planning, and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Strong computer proficiency, including Google Workspace
- The ability to work independently and show initiative while maintaining a collaborative approach.
- Exceptional English language skills—both written and spoken—with keen attention to detail.
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive and professional relationships with staff, students, and parents.
- A proactive, solution-focused mindset and a calm, can-do attitude under pressure.
