We are recruiting for a Barista to work in our thriving Café 61. The successful candidate will be a team player who is always aiming to high standards. The Barista is a vital role who will create hot and cold beverages and prepare food ensuring we have a smooth running and efficient service area. This candidate will possess excellent customer service and organisational skills which will allow our customers to have the best possible experience in our coffee shop.

Candidates should have experience in retail/catering, F&B and will ideally have previous Barista experience in a busy coffee shop. Before submitting an application please read the Job Description which outlines the role, duties and responsibilities of the job.

THE RIGHT CANDIDATE WILL HAVE: 

Previous Barista experience.

A proven ability to work on their own initiative.

Excellent English - both spoken and written.

A high level of communication skills and the ability to relate positively to adults and children.

A can-do attitude.

A commitment to the happiness, well-being, self-esteem and progress of everyone at the school.

In order to satisfy Ministry of Education requirements we will need a copy of your educational certificates(s) - e.g. School Leavers Certificate: GCSE Certificate(s); A-level Certificate(s); Degree Certificate, with your School Leavers Certificate being the minimum that we can accept.
