The Role
As the Executive Assistant, you will be the Principal's right-hand person, providing high-level, confidential support and ensuring the smooth and efficient management of their responsibilities. You will be an indispensable colleague, enabling the Principal to focus on strategic leadership, foster a positive and engaging school culture, and drive the overall advancement of St Christopher's. This role is central to the operational effectiveness of the school, requiring a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle a diverse range of responsibilities with confidence and discretion.

Location: Saar/New Senior School
Hours: 07:30 - 15:30 (plus attendance at board meetings out of hours)
Contract Type: Local hire, no benefits.
To Succeed in this Role, you will have:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in an educational setting, supporting a senior leader.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate information clearly, concisely, and persuasively.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to create professional documents and presentations.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, foster collaboration, and maintain effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain strict confidentiality.
- Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a demanding and evolving environment, with a willingness to embrace new challenges and responsibilities.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to anticipate needs and develop effective solutions.
