St Christopher’s School is seeking an exceptionally organised and proactive professional to provide high-level executive support to the Head of Senior School. This is far more than a traditional administrative role; it involves significant responsibility for operational coordination, complex financial monitoring, and the delivery of high-profile school events and strategic initiatives. Acting as the key point of coordination and “gatekeeper” for the Head of Senior School, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations while supporting the successful implementation of long-term academic priorities.

They will possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrate sound judgement and absolute discretion, and maintain the highest standards of confidentiality at all times. Contract Type: Local hire. This position is a full-time one and requires work during the school holidays.
