We are seeking a dedicated Sixth Form Administrator to play a pivotal role in the smooth operation of our Sixth Form. This varied role involves managing student databases, coordinating key events, and providing day-to-day support to both staff and students.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator who can work confidently with a range of stakeholders. A proactive and flexible approach will be essential in supporting the wider Sixth Form Team and ensuring the highest standards of service for our students.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our Sixth Form and make a meaningful impact on the student experience.

Start Date: ASAP

Location: Isa Town Campus

Contract Type: Local hire, non term-time only position.

THE RIGHT CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Excellent English - both spoken and written.
  • Proactive and adaptable 
  • An ability to work with a range of stakeholders including school leadership, students and parents
  • Experience in an educational setting or similar environment is highly desirable.

  • In order to satisfy Ministry of Education requirements we will need a copy of your educational certificates(s) - e.g. School Leavers Certificate: GCSE Certificates; A-level Certificate(s); Degree Certificate, with your School Leavers Certificate being the minimum that we can accept
  • The school will require professional references and an up-to-date police check.
